A warning shot
Run or re-strategise
The day before World War I, most European men were living just another ordinary day.
The day before World War II, the routine was the same for men worldwide.
They saw the signs, read the newspapers, and some astute individuals sensed the world was heading into darkness.
Yet, most of them did nothing different.
They carried on with their lives, soothed by their wives' assurances: "It will be okay."
This is the tragic fate of many men—paralyzed by inaction.
Inaction has caused more unnecessary deaths than action ever has.
Packing up and moving would have been challenging and uncomfortable.
Imagine the German man who sold everything to travel to America in 1912. He was labeled crazy.
His wife probably thought it was a bad idea and made it difficult for him to commit to the decision.
But in hindsight, he made a brilliant move.
Many men had similar thoughts, but were convinced by their wives, families, or coworkers to stay put.
Only a few dared to act.
You don't win any prizes for noticing things.
You win prizes for ACTING on what you notice.
I’m certain many of you reading this now sense where the world is headed.
But how many of you will actually do something about it?
Yours cautiously
