Use my secret time saving formula

Do 60 hours of work in 40.

If you're anything like me, you've probably caught yourself wondering:
"How do I get more done in less time, without burning out?"

The answer isn’t about working more hours.
It’s about working better hours.

Here’s the truth: most people waste 80% of their day on stuff that doesn’t matter. They confuse being busy with being productive.

Want to break the cycle?

Here’s my 3-step formula for relentless productivity:

1. Define the Game

Figure out the ONE thing that moves the needle in your business or life. Not five things, not three things—one.

Ask yourself: If I only got this done today, would it make everything else easier or unnecessary?

2. Create Non-Negotiables

Protect your focus like your life depends on it.

  • Schedule deep work sessions.

  • Turn off notifications.

  • Tell your family, “This is my time.”

People won’t respect your time until you respect your time.

3. Measure Relentlessly

Productivity isn’t about feeling busy; it’s about getting results.

  • Track what you did today.

  • Did it move you closer to your goal? If not, cut it.

The best operators measure their progress daily because they hate wasting time.

Now, here’s the thing: none of this works unless you show up every single day.

Productivity is a skill, and like any skill, it grows with repetition.

You’re not just competing against others.
You’re competing against the version of yourself who could’ve done better.

So here’s my challenge to you:

For the next 7 days, focus on ONE thing that matters, track your progress, and eliminate the fluff.

Then email me back with what you got done.

Let’s see what happens when you play the game to win.

Relentlessly yours,
Matthew Harris

P.S. Productivity doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does require discipline.

The sooner you master it, the sooner you can buy back your time for the things that actually matter.

Don’t wait. Start now.
