The power of routine
Productivity hacking
Everyone always harps on about laptop lifestyle and how being a business owner allows you to do what you want when you want - WHICH IS TRUE.
But don’t underestimate the power of a routine in all areas of your life.
Just because your business brings you time and financial freedom doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use that privilege wisely.
Having a set group of tasks to do each day which you stick to sets you up for success.
I find I get far less done when I wake up and do things in a random order.
Splitting the start of my day into a routine which comprises of non-negotiable business rituals and life rituals means I finish all mandatory tasks 2x faster and usually by 11am I have done everything important freeing up the rest of my day to do whatever I want.
Yes, I usually use my time after 11am to continue working on my agency, but that is my choice.
I can literally choose to do whatever I want.
Start your day with a set group of non-negotiable tasks and do them as FAST AS POSSIBLE without compromising quality.
Having a morning routine which puts you in autopilot also means your mind is free to be creative more often.
Creativity breeds progress in business.
To have an edge on your competition you have to use the power of lateral thinking and that can only be done if your mind is not clouded by disorganisation.
As always, I’m rooting for you.
Kind regards
