Stressed?
You should be
Let's cut to the chase: stress is a given. Whether you choose to act or remain idle, stress will be a part of your life.
The difference is what you gain from it.
If you act, there will be stress. If you don't act, there will still be stress. The critical question is, do you want stress with an empire or stress with nothing?
Stress is a tool. It's the crucible in which greatness is forged.
Those who understand this don't shy away from it—they embrace it. They let it drive them, shape them, and push them to achieve extraordinary things.
When you choose to act, you transform stress into a catalyst for growth. You move forward, you build, you create.
You harness the energy that stress provides and direct it towards meaningful progress. Yes, it will be challenging. Yes, it will be uncomfortable. But it will be worth it.
On the other hand, if you choose inaction, stress remains, but it serves no purpose.
It festers and stagnates, leaving you with a life unfulfilled. You remain stuck, wondering what could have been if only you had the courage to act.
Don't fool yourself into thinking there's a stress-free path. There isn't. But there is a path where stress leads to greatness.
There is a path where stress results in an empire, not just in a life of mediocrity and regret.
The discomfort you feel today is the foundation of your success tomorrow.
If you're unsure what to do, start with something. Anything. Just don't let inaction be your choice. Let the stress of progress fuel you, not the stress of regret.
Choose wisely.
Kind regards,
Matthew Harris
