Build a network
Million dollar tips
While it's essential to focus on the day-to-day operations and growth of our businesses, it's equally crucial to nurture and expand our networks.
Networking isn't just about exchanging business cards or adding connections on LinkedIn—it's about building genuine relationships with like-minded individuals who share our values and aspirations.
I've made it a personal goal to connect with at least two entrepreneurs every month, with the intention of fostering meaningful relationships that go beyond mere transactions or collaborations.
You might think: “Two connections..? That’s nothing!”
Consider this: by adding just two high-value individuals to your network each month, you'll have cultivated 24 valuable connections by the end of the year.
Imagine the possibilities that come with a network of that size and caliber—opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and mutual support abound.
In the fast-paced world of entrepreneurship, where scaling our businesses often takes center stage, it's easy to overlook the importance of cultivating strong relationships.
However, I urge you not to underestimate the power of networking as you strive to elevate your business to new heights.
Your personal relationships matter just as much as you think your bank account matters.
Don’t neglect human connection.
With warm regards,
Matthew Harris
