You need a team
You can't achieve anything great alone...
Let's talk about a fundamental truth: nothing amazing can be done alone.
Consider something as unremarkable as a simple pencil. Even this modest tool is the result of cooperation among hundreds, if not thousands, of people.
The pencil is made of wood, but that wood comes from a tree cut down by a man with a saw.
That saw was made from steel, which was forged from iron mined from the earth.
Each of these steps involves countless individuals working together, using tools and techniques developed by even more people over time.
And we've only covered the wood. Think about the pencil's other components: the rubber, the brass, the graphite, and the yellow paint. Each element requires its own intricate production process, involving the labor and ingenuity of many.
Then, there's the logistics. The pencil had to be shipped and delivered. Someone built the ship that transported it and the dock where it was loaded and unloaded. Each step adds layers of human effort and collaboration.
A simple pencil—a tool so ordinary we hardly give it a second thought—requires the combined effort of hundreds of thousands of people to create.
NOTHING is done alone. There is no effective one-man army. Every tool you use, every object you see, is the result of collective effort.
You can't do anything alone. The only way you'll ever achieve anything of substance, the only way you'll ever move the world, is with a team.
So, choose your team wisely. Surround yourself with people who share your vision, who are dedicated and capable. Together, you can achieve the extraordinary.
Kind regards,
